Your daily tasks will include

☁️ leading an agile Scrum team and guiding them towards success 

☁️ working on projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum and test-driven development 

☁️ expanding your knowledge and experience by working on various exciting projects and sharing your expertise with the team

☁️ applying your communication skills in a diverse team environment

☁️ being the go-to person for technical questions and providing technical support to your team members 

☁️ ensuring that the project adheres to our technical quality standards, such as test-driven development

☁️ designing sustainable state-of-the-art software solutions

☁️ providing technical leadership to your team members and guiding them in their professional growth

☁️ constantly developing and improving your tech-stack and architecture know-how

The following will make you succeed in this role

⭐️ proficiency in designing and communicating software architecture in cloud systems to all stakeholders

⭐️ ability to estimate the financial impact of architecture alternatives

⭐️ in-depth knowledge of analytics, object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and modularization

⭐️ hands-on experience with container technologies (Kubernetes) and ideally also with Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, Google)

⭐️ joy for coding, especially with Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, and Angular

⭐️ familiarity with the books "Release It" and "Software Architecture for Developers"

⭐️ extensive experience in developing software applications with Java for years

⭐️ detail-oriented with an ability to keep track of the big picture

⭐️ enjoy leading development teams

⭐️ fluency in both English & German

Austria: The law stipulates that the minimum wage must be specified in job postings. The minimum salary is 60.900 euros/year in the collective agreement. Adequate to your skills, we are willing to pay much more.
