Job description

RYZ Labs is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on developing strategies to expand our market presence and ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
- Conduct cold calling and email campaigns to identify and penetrate new markets.
- Develop tailored sales strategies to target potential clients effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key commercial clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and are delivered efficiently.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track outreach efforts.
- Generate sales reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
 
Qualifications:
 
- +2 years of experience in an outbound sales role.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM software.
- Advanced English skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
