Our client is a U.S.-based manufacturer and supplier dedicated to supporting professionals in the concrete cutting and coring industry nationwide. They provide high-quality diamond blades, core drill bits, accessories, and related equipment. With deep industry expertise and a strong customer-first approach, they help contractors and end-users find the right solutions for even the most demanding jobs.
Achieve revenue and margin goals through new business development
Prospect and conduct outbound outreach to identify potential customers
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to uncover sales opportunities
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities
Engage end-users, contractors, and construction professionals to generate demand
Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs
Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM systems
1+ year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to quickly learn product offerings and communicate value
Comfortable with cold outreach and handling initial objections
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Must be physically located in the United States
Experience in industrial, construction, or tool/equipment sales
Familiarity with contractor or end-user sales environments
CRM experience and pipeline management skills
Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: Commission-based earnings potential (uncapped)
