Position Title:
Business Development Representative (BDR)

Location:
United States (Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and/or Texas preferred) – Remote

Compensation:
$60K–$70K Base + Commission

Travel:
Up to 10%

Our client is a U.S.-based manufacturer and supplier dedicated to supporting professionals in the concrete cutting and coring industry nationwide. They provide high-quality diamond blades, core drill bits, accessories, and related equipment. With deep industry expertise and a strong customer-first approach, they help contractors and end-users find the right solutions for even the most demanding jobs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue and margin goals through new business development

  • Prospect and conduct outbound outreach to identify potential customers

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to uncover sales opportunities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities

  • Engage end-users, contractors, and construction professionals to generate demand

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs

  • Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics in CRM systems


Qualifications 

  • 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

  • Ability to quickly learn product offerings and communicate value

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and handling initial objections

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident

  • Must be physically located in the United States


Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in industrial, construction, or tool/equipment sales

  • Familiarity with contractor or end-user sales environments

  • CRM experience and pipeline management skills


Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: Commission-based earnings potential (uncapped)
Benefits: Standard benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, etc.)
