Job description

WHO WE ARE
DLG is the strategic growth partner for the world's most iconic luxury and lifestyle brands — fusing AI, proprietary technology, and creative intelligence to define the next era of brand performance.

With over two decades of luxury expertise and a presence across Geneva, Shanghai, Paris, and New York, we translate complexity into clarity and data into influence. Our fully integrated model spans strategy, technology, creative, and media — delivered through a platform built for precision at scale.

WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY LOOKS LIKE
This is a hands-on execution role. You are the in-platform specialist responsible for the accurate setup, trafficking, and day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across our luxury client portfolio.

You work directly in the platforms so the rest of the team doesn't have to. Performance Managers own client relationships and strategy. Your job is to make sure everything they plan is built correctly, runs cleanly, and is reported on with precision. You are the person who catches the anomaly before the client does and knows exactly what lever to pull.

As part of your primary missions, you will

  • Build and traffic paid media campaigns from brief to live across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax), Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage daily budget pacing and flag any delivery risks before they become problems. Monitor campaign performance against KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CTR, conversion rate) and feed clear, structured insights back to the Performance Manager.
  • Execute bid adjustments, audience refinements, and A/B tests. Produce accurate performance reports that turn numbers into clear takeaways.
  • Maintain tracking integrity across GA4, GTM, and Consent Mode.
  • Own QA across account structures, naming conventions, UTMs, and creative specs.
  • Keep pace with platform updates and flag what's relevant to the team.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE

  • 5+ years of paid media execution experience, ideally in an agency.
  • Deep hands-on proficiency across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, DV360 Campaign Manager.
  • LinkedIn, Snapchat, Teads, are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable pulling custom reports in GA4, spotting trends, and diagnosing delivery issues.
  • Experience managing significant budgets with close attention to pacing.
  • High attention to detail and a methodical approach to campaign QC.
  • Ability to work autonomously across multiple accounts and prioritize without hand-holding.
  • Fluent English, French is a plus.

NICE TO HAVE

Familiarity with consent management, GDPR, and privacy-first measurement. Knowledge of luxury watch or jewelry ecosystems. Exposure to cross-channel attribution modeling.

HOW DO WE KEEP YOU SMILING
At DLG, you'll work alongside a diverse team of international strategists, technologists, and creatives, collaborating across Geneva, Shanghai, Paris, and New York to produce work that sets the standard in luxury.

We're proud to be recognised as one of Europe's Top 10 Great Places to Work; a reflection of the culture we've built and continue to invest in.

We believe the best talent deserves to grow. At DLG, high performers are seen, developed, and given real scope to advance; not managed into a box.
