WHO WE ARE

DLG (Digital Luxury Group) is an international agency with offices in Geneva, Paris, Shanghai, and New York that offers social media, e-commerce, CRM, consulting, and creative services to luxury brands. It has developed a unique expertise in defining and implementing impactful digital strategies targeting sophisticated consumers through technological know-how, creativity, and luxury savoir-faire.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will design and ship production-grade AI agents and automated workflows that replace recurring high-volume work across performance media, creative production, social content, and account operations. You are a builder, not a consultant. You code, you ship, you debug in production, and you train our team to extend what you build.

Key deliverables (in priority order):

  • Performance media reporting automation: Replace manual monthly reporting with templated agents for Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, GA4, and Looker.
  • Quality control agents: Build brand checkers, copy validators, asset spec auditors, and campaign setup reviewers so our teams can ship quality work at scale without bottlenecking our senior team.
  • Per-client capability libraries: Structured files for our top accounts that codify brand voice, asset specs, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Workflow automation: Map and automate the three to five highest-volume workflows across the agency, from brief to asset delivery.
  • Team enablement: Train five+ team members to ship or modify agents independently.

REQUIRED STACK

Non-negotiable fluency in:

  • Claude (skills, MCP servers, agents, prompt engineering)
  • n8n (workflows, custom nodes, error handling)
  • Notion API (databases, automations, integrations)
  • Slack (workflows, bots)
  • Media platform APIs (Meta, Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio minimum)


MUST-HAVE PROFILE

  • 5-8 years in or directly serving media, digital, or creative agencies.
  • Portfolio of 3+ shipped AI systems or automations currently running in production. References that can confirm impact (hours saved, error rates, throughput).
  • Builder. You write Python or JavaScript. You ship, debug, and own the code. You do not outsource specifications to developers.
  • Track record training non-technical teams to use and extend what you build.
  • Bilingual English and French
