We are currently partnering with a fast-growing U.S.-based campaign measurement and analytics company that is building the infrastructure modern marketers need to measure performance with confidence.

They are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to become the in-house creative force behind the brand, translating strategy and positioning into polished, high-impact visual assets that make a complex product feel clear, credible, and compelling.

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in quantitative market research, brand lift studies, campaign measurement, or survey-based research. In this role, you will manage research projects from kickoff to final delivery, including questionnaire coordination, fieldwork follow-up, data quality checks, analysis support, and client communication.

The ideal candidate has worked on studies related to brand awareness, ad effectiveness, campaign performance, consumer perception, or marketing effectiveness measurement, and is comfortable managing multiple client-facing research projects at the same time.

Must-have Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in quantitative market research, survey research, brand lift, ad effectiveness, or campaign measurement.

  • Experience managing survey-based research projects from briefing to final delivery.

  • Understanding of brand and campaign metrics such as awareness, consideration, favorability, recall, purchase intent, or conversion intent.

  • Experience working with questionnaires, survey logic, sample requirements, fieldwork timelines, and data outputs.

  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with quantitative data.

  • Advanced English for client-facing communication.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with B2B or B2C brand lift studies.

  • Experience working with panel providers, survey platforms, or research vendors.

  • Experience creating client-facing reports or presentations.

  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, media measurement, or advertising effectiveness.
