We're Osome - an international fintech startup making the lives of entrepreneurs easier. We help thousands of businesses kick admin, accounting and bookkeeping out of their day-to-day, so they can spend more time on what's important to them. We've developed a unique solution that combines SaaS with a human-in-the-loop approach to provide full-fledged services in real-time.

We’re experiencing rapid growth in both client base and team, which now comprises around 500 people across our offices worldwide. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for more bright minds who are excited to make a real impact by solving complex problems.

What you'll do:

  • Qualify inbound leads through emails, chat, and calls to convert them into sales opportunities

  • Follow up with prospects and leads, and manage a large volume of emails and chats

  • Use CRM and sales platforms to manage leads and sales opportunities

  • Recommend improvements to processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

  • Use outbound tool to identity potential leads and reach out

  • Generate pipeline through consistent outbound prospecting (daily phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn) within an assigned territory

Who you are:

  • Recognised Diploma or Degree in relevant fields, but extensive relevant work experience would make up for lack of qualifications

  • Ideally 1-3 years of quota-carrying sales experience

  • Fluency in English is a must

  • Able to communicate in Hindi is a must

  • Need to have outbound experience, SaaS/ Accounting industry experience

  • Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot)
