We help thousands of businesses kick admin, accounting and bookkeeping out of their day-to-day, so they can spend more time on what's important to them. We've developed a unique solution that combines SaaS with a human-in-the-loop approach to provide full-fledged services in real-time.

About the Role

Osome's Performance Marketing team owns the paid growth engine behind our incorporation, accounting, and corporate secretarial services across Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, and the UAE. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you'll be the hands-on operator behind that engine - setting up, running, and optimising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Quora, and other paid channels every single day.

You'll report to our Performance Marketing Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day execution, testing, and budget pacing. This is a role for someone who has deep knowledge in the platforms - building campaigns, reading the data, and making the next optimization call - while still being able to explain the "why" behind performance to non-specialist stakeholders.

Responsibilities (how we will measure success):

  • Campaign Performance: Consistently hit or beat CAC, CPL, and ROAS targets across all managed paid channels: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Bing, Reddit, Quora, and X.

  • Launch Velocity: New campaigns, markets, and segments go live on time, with tracking and creative in place before spend starts.

  • Conversion Improvement: Landing page and creative tests translate into measurably better conversion rates and lead quality over time.

  • Budget Discipline: Monthly spend paces accurately against plan, with overspend or underspend flagged early enough to act on.

  • Experimentation Cadence: A steady pipeline of structured tests (audience, creative, bidding) produces clear, actionable learnings each month.

  • Stakeholder Confidence: Sales, product, and leadership have clear, timely visibility into paid performance and can trust the numbers behind it.

Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis):

  • Campaign execution: Set up and launch campaigns across Google (Search, PMax, Display, Video, Demand Gen, etc.), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Bing, TikTok, Reddit, Quora, X (Twitter), and display/programmatic platforms; implement A/B tests for creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding.

  • Ongoing optimisation: Run daily/weekly performance checks, adjust bids and budgets, and refine audiences and creative to improve performance.

  • Creative & landing coordination: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and product teams to iterate ad creatives and landing pages; recommend landing page tests to improve conversion rates.

  • Testing & experimentation: Plan and run structured experiments across audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.

  • Budget management: Monitor pacing against monthly budgets, reallocate spend based on performance, and flag overspend or underspend early.

  • Stakeholder communication: Provide clear updates to internal stakeholders (sales, product, leadership) and support client/partner calls as needed.
