Work Setting: 3 days work from office and 2 days work from home per week
Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of extensive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in leading successful campaigns and teams. You will work with a small team of 4-5 people in proposing solutions for clients based on their business needs either from branding or digital perspective.
This is a full-time role that requires the candidate to be working hybrid. As the Senior Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include creating, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns, running social media marketing campaigns, conducting web analytics, and communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure that campaigns are meeting client expectations.
We look for individuals who can work independently, be proactive in problem solving and can collaborate with relevant stakeholders and clients in executing and articulating project requirements and execution.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance and support.
Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
