Job description

This is a remote position.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Acquire and retain event organizers to meet sales targets
● Consult, seek approval, and coordinate client product customization requests with the
regional team
● Assist the regional team wherever needed to maximize sales success for the customers
who require product customizations
● Understand the company’s products and services to determine whether prospective
clients are a good fit
● Assist relevant managers and colleagues in advising improvements for company’s
products and services to be competitive in the market for our targeted customer
segments
● Manage client's needs and deliver expected works in a timely manner to maintain client
satisfaction. This includes, but is not limited to:
○ Guiding them through the on-boarding process
○ Creating, editing, filtering of any content submitted by the clients
○ Communicating any additional requirements from the clients to the team and
ensuring those needs are serviced accordingly
○ Supervising on-site related work on the day of the event to ensure our products
and services are delivered successfully and meets client’s expectations
○ Coordinate with third-party vendors for specific event needs based on the
organizers’ requirements
● Manage ticket buyer inquiries and resolve their issues through relevant our 
company channels where contacted
● Manage and maintain all company equipment to ensure that they are fully operational and
ready for use at the event
● Assist the regional team in developing sales and marketing strategies for customer
acquisition
● Undertake other positions or assignments as and when required by the company

As a Business Development & Event Operations Executive, you are responsible for three key
things:
1) Acquiring, servicing and managing event organizer clients who are ready to on-board
with company standard offerings
2)Coordinating with the regional team on leads who request product customizations
3) Managing, supervising and running tasks before, during, and after events to ensure success and satisfaction for both the attendees and organizers.

Professional standards and etiquette should always be upheld, as well as being able to adapt your
conversation style to that of the individual clients as well as building good rapport with them


KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor’s degree in management, communications or other related fields in business
● Must have experience in the event industry with a strong network of promoters
● At least 1 year of sales experience
● Sales DNA with a service mind
● Competitive nature - extremely eager to learn and win
● Excellent command of spoken and written English and the local language
● Excellent presentation/proposal creating skills
● Excellent presentation and sales skills
