The Global Medical Products and Distribution (“GMPD”) segment, focuses on U.S. and International Products and Distribution businesses.  We offer industry expertise and an expanding portfolio of safe, effective medical products that improve quality, manage costs and reduce complexity. Job Summary 

The Non-Acute Pharmaceutical Sales team is responsible for growing and servicing the Non-Acute ASC Market, National accounts and a portion of the strategic physician office customers selling pharmaceutical distribution.  As a Non-Acute Pharmaceutical Sales Representative be a part of the fast-paced sales team- responsible for winning, maintaining and growing customer relationships. This role is a mix of direct sales, account management and customer service and is responsible for day-to-day activities like order resolution, placement, and account maintenance as well customer initiatives, sales presentations and more. 

Territory:  Predominantly Southeast United States. Can live in Eastern or Central time zone. This role will be 100% remote.

Responsibilities: 

  • Complete remote solution-based concept training to include assessment of knowledge to ensure retention and ability to apply methodologies. 

  • Responsible for the management and growth of assigned strategic groups consisting of clinics and ambulatory surgery centers. 

  • Responsible for cultivating and maintaining on-going customer relationships with an assigned set of customers and strategic accounts. 

  • Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service and recommendations in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, improvements to internal and external processes, and other areas of opportunity. 

  • Provides product service information to customers and identifies upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships. 

  • Utilizes CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Atlas) to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics, leading to improved forecasting accuracy 

  • Complete all required administrative tasks including expense management, new business forms, etc. 

  • Maintain knowledge of the current industry/competitive landscape including, healthcare economics, reimbursement, competitors and competitive products etc. 

  • Other duties as assigned 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred 

  • Previous documented account management, sales experience or course work aligned to marketing or sales, preferred Sales internships or sales competitions a plus 

  • Drive for results; action oriented; strong work ethic and career ambition; Self-starter who is passionate about sales. 

  • Strong phone, written, and in-person communication skills  

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.  

  • Strong communication and organizational skills 

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook 

  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred 

  • Ability to work remotely from home requires a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. We will provide you with the computer, technology and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. You will be responsible for providing high-speed internet.  

 

Anticipated pay range: $57,000 - $81,600

Bonus eligible: No
