Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in generating and managing sales opportunities by communicating with potential customers through email, phone, and online chats. You'll qualify leads, prepare accurate quotes, and help guide customers through the buying process, while keeping all customer records up to date in Zoho CRM. 

This position reports to the Sales Manager and collaborates closely with Marketing, Technical Sales, and Order Processing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Prepare accurate quotes and confirm project details, ensuring our technical and production teams have everything they need to deliver flawlessly.
  • Keep our CRM organized: updating leads, opportunities, and tasks so the entire sales team stays on track.
  • Collaborate with marketing to turn campaign leads into real sales conversations.
  • Support Account Reps by sharing up-to-date customer info, product materials, and follow-ups that move deals forward.
  • Help maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular check-ins and account updates.

Requirements:

  • BS or MS in Electronics, Industrial Electronics, CS, Physics, Business Management, or any other related field
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B or technical industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident, extroverted, and persuasive.
  • Organized, proactive, and committed to following up with customers.
  • Excellent written English and attention to detail in all communications.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred), Google Workspace, or
    MS Office.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Ability to learn new systems and product knowledge quickly.

Other Details:

Work Mode: REMOTE

Location: Karachi

Nature of Employment: Full-Time

Working Timings: US Time zone (6pm onwards)
