Role Overview:
A remote Operations Coordinator will support the execution of operational processes by tracking performance metrics, coordinating cross-department initiatives, and ensuring alignment with established workflows. This role focuses on structured process monitoring, reporting support, and ensuring operational consistency under the guidance of operations leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Track and monitor operational KPIs to ensure teams are meeting performance expectations and service standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional tasks and follow up on deliverables to maintain alignment between departments.
  • Maintain updated documentation of SOPs and workflow changes to ensure process clarity and consistency.
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly operational performance reports for leadership review.
  • Identify workflow gaps or recurring operational issues and escalate them with structured recommendations.
  • Support implementation of operational improvement initiatives and internal process adjustments.
  • Ensure internal systems and trackers remain accurate and up to date.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations support, project coordination, or process execution roles.
  • Strong skills in tracking workflows and reporting using Excel/Google Sheets (filters, formulas, pivots preferred).
  • Familiarity with task management/project tools (Asana/ClickUp/Trello/Monday) preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • 0-3 months: $1,200 USD/month
  • After 3 months: You’ll receive a $50 monthly Wellness Bonus to support a healthy and balanced work life (total: $1,250/month).
  • After 1 year: Salary increases to $1,340 USD/month
  • After 2 years: Salary increases to $1,480 USD/month
  • After 3 years: Salary increases to $1,540 USD/month
  • After 4 years: Salary increases to $1,600 USD/month
  • Annual Adjustments: You’ll also receive a raise each year and company-wide compensation adjustments as we continue to grow together.
