They create content, programs, and partnerships that help businesses and communities better understand and implement AI. Their social media presence plays a critical role in shaping how their brand is perceived and engaged with, and they are focused on bringing consistency, clarity, and quality to that channel.
Fully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST
The Social Media Coordinator will own the day-to-day execution of the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent, high-quality content across platforms. This role is responsible for managing the content calendar, publishing posts, maintaining a unified brand voice, and supporting audience engagement, with a strong focus on organization, clarity, and reliability.
Content Calendar & Posting
Build and manage the content calendar across LinkedIn and Instagram
Maintain a consistent posting cadence without gaps or spikes in activity
Source and repurpose content from podcasts, newsletters, events, and internal insights
Ensure all content is published on time and meets quality standards
Copy & Voice
Write social media copy that is clear, human, and aligned with the brand voice
Maintain consistency in tone across all content
Avoid generic or templated messaging, focusing on clarity and credibility
Design & Execution
Create and adapt visual assets using Canva and existing brand templates
Format content across multiple formats, including posts, carousels, and visuals
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards
Workflow & Organization
Manage content deliverables using ClickUp or similar tools
Keep content organized, tracked, and on schedule
Identify blockers early and communicate proactively
Community & Engagement
Monitor and respond to comments in a timely and thoughtful manner
Engage with the audience to build relationships, not just metrics
Identify potential partnership or collaboration opportunities through engagement
Performance & Optimization
Track key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and growth
Identify trends and adjust content strategy based on performance
Provide clear insights on what is working and where improvements are needed
Experience
Experience managing social media for a brand, company, or public figure
Experience repurposing long-form content into social formats (preferred)
Skills
Strong writing skills with the ability to produce clear, natural, and engaging content
Ability to manage a content calendar independently and maintain consistency
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
Interest in AI, technology, or innovation-related content
Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and improve workflows over time
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
