AI Systems Builder

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Role Overview

The AI Systems Builder will design, build, and maintain AI-native systems that power social media automation, internal operations, and workflow optimization. This role requires a highly autonomous builder who can take ambiguous problems, develop functional AI agent solutions, deploy them into production, and continuously iterate based on real-world performance.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development

• Build and maintain AI social media agents that monitor performance, generate content drafts, and execute scheduled publishing workflows

• Develop agents for internal operations, including communications routing, workflow automation, data aggregation, and task delegation

• Structure agent deployments using Claude Code, Cowork, and relevant APIs from initial build through production

• Write and maintain evals to test agent outputs for quality, accuracy, and edge-case failures before deployment

• Iterate on agent logic based on real-world performance data

Internal Workflow & Operations Automation

• Identify manual processes and propose AI-native solutions to replace them

• Implement and maintain communication and workflow systems that reduce friction and improve team throughput

• Connect tools via API and plugin integrations, including Claude Code plugins, Slack, ClickUp, and other platforms

• Document all systems built to ensure continuity and scalability

AI Integration Consulting (Internal)

• Advise on what processes should or should not be automated based on impact and feasibility

• Support non-technical team members in understanding and using AI systems

• Monitor system outputs and resolve issues before they impact downstream workflows

Qualifications

Experience

• Daily working proficiency with Claude Code

• Experience with Cowork or equivalent AI-native workflow tools

• Experience structuring and deploying AI agents in production environments

• Experience with Claude Code plugins and API integrations

• Experience writing evals to test AI system performance

• Experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and shipping functional systems

• Experience using tools such as Zap or Make and determining when to use them versus custom-built agent solutions

• Experience building or maintaining social media automation agents (preferred)

• Familiarity with Anthropic’s API and model behavior (preferred)

• Background in operations or communications workflows (preferred)

• Experience working in tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and lean team environments (preferred)

• Proven ability to build systems usable by non-technical stakeholders (preferred)

• Strong ability to architect and deploy AI-native systems beyond prompt-level execution

• Ability to think in terms of AI-owned vs. human-owned workflows

• Strong judgment in evaluating automation opportunities vs. unnecessary complexity

• Ability to work autonomously and execute with minimal direction

• Strong documentation practices to ensure system continuity

• Ability to communicate complex systems clearly to non-technical users

• Problem-solving mindset with focus on building reliable, scalable solutions

• Comfort iterating quickly and improving systems based on performance data

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deployed systems
