The AI Automation Specialist will design, build, and optimize AI-driven workflows and systems across the organization. This is a highly cross-functional role focused on connecting software systems, automating operational processes, and implementing AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and business visibility.
This role requires someone who can think strategically about systems while also independently executing and deploying solutions. The ideal candidate is highly technical, proactive, and comfortable owning automation initiatives from planning through implementation.
Design and deploy AI-powered agents for internal operations and potential customer-facing use cases.
Build and optimize prompt logic and workflows using platforms such as OpenAI and Claude APIs.
Continuously improve agent performance based on operational needs and business feedback.
Identify and automate repetitive workflows across multiple departments.
Connect and integrate existing systems including CRM platforms, scheduling tools, reporting platforms, and operational software.
Build scalable automation systems using tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
Leverage APIs and webhooks to ensure reliable and seamless data flow between platforms.
Develop automated reporting systems and dashboards to monitor key business metrics.
Ensure accurate and consistent data synchronization across platforms and departments.
Improve visibility into operational performance across locations, services, and teams.
Partner directly with leadership to prioritize automation and AI initiatives across the organization.
Develop and execute a 6–12 month roadmap for automation and AI implementation.
Stay current on emerging AI technologies and continuously improve existing systems and workflows.
Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions.
3–6+ years of experience in automation, systems integration, or technical operations roles.
Proven experience building workflows and automations using platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
Hands-on experience working with AI tools and APIs including OpenAI and Claude.
Experience working with CRM systems and operational software platforms.
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
Familiarity with data and workflow management tools such as Airtable, Notion, or similar platforms.
Basic scripting knowledge in JavaScript or Python is a plus.
Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to independently own projects from strategy through implementation.
Detail-oriented mindset focused on building reliable and scalable systems.

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions.
