  • Stay informed of industry trends and changes to better assist users and provide relevant information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the tech or social media sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their functionalities.
