Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Leasing and Social Media Coordinator. This dual role combines apartment leasing coordination and social media management for our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing Coordination:

Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants.

Schedule apartment showings and follow up with tenants to ensure smooth scheduling and communication.

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Social Media Management:

Manage and update social media accounts with relevant real estate content (photos, videos, listings, etc.).

Create engaging posts to attract potential tenants and grow our online presence.

Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments or inquiries.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent English accent for clear and professional communication.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.).

Comfortable working remotely and handling tasks independently.

Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.

Prior experience in real estate leasing or property management is a bonus but not required.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
