Job description

We are a growing team looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Support Assistant to help us scout engineering talent. Your primary focus will be navigating the BizReach platform to identify potential candidates and initiate contact using our established templates.

This is an ideal role for someone with a background in Admin, Sales Support, or Data Entry who has a reading proficiency in Japanese and wants a flexible, remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Scouting: Search for potential candidates on BizReach based on specific criteria provided by the hiring manager.
  • Outreach: Send scouting messages to identified candidates using pre-approved Japanese templates.
  • Data Tracking: Maintain a basic log of messages sent and responses received (if required).
  • Communication: Coordinate and provide updates to the hiring manager in English.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: * Japanese: Ability to read and navigate Japanese websites/platforms (Intermediate level). You do not need to be able to speak or write original Japanese; understanding templates and platform UI is sufficient.

    • English: Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with the team.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable learning and navigating recruitment platforms (BizReach experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Background: Experience in Administrative support, Sales support, or similar "process-driven" roles is preferred. Recruiting experience is NOT required.
  • Attributes: High attention to detail, reliable, and able to work independently.

Position Details:

  • Type: Part-time, Contract.
  • Location: 100% Remote.
  • Hours: Flexible (to be discussed).
  • Equipment: Must have a reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
