Role Description:

As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting top talent for internal mid-level and senior-level openings across both Latin America and the United States. This role supports WorkBetterNow’s corporate teams and focuses on headhunting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and advancing qualified candidates for staff and strategic business roles, including positions in sales, talent acquisition, operations, and other internal departments.
The ideal candidate will bring strong sourcing and interviewing skills, sound judgment, excellent stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a growth-oriented environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Headhunt/ Source qualified candidates for internal staff roles across Latin America and the US using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.

Requirements

  • You are located in Latin America.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in sourcing for internal/corporate roles and mid-level to senior-level positions in both Latin America and the US.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of business functions, including staff, operational, talent, or commercial roles.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with the ability to identify high-potential talent and make sound recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple openings, and work with urgency.
  • C1/C2 English language skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • AI-forward mindset with a strong interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve sourcing, screening, workflow efficiency, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
