Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for Director-level and senior commercial and delivery roles, from stakeholder intake through to offer negotiation and close.
Build and nurture passive candidate pipelines through proactive, personalized outreach and long-term relationship building, rather than reactive job-board sourcing.
Partner with senior hiring managers and business leaders as a trusted advisor, shaping role definition, market expectations, and hiring strategy.
