As our organization continues to expand, we are seeking a skilled Recruiter with HR support experience to help scale our workforce while maintaining strong onboarding and compliance standards.

Position Overview

This role is primarily focused on recruiting and talent acquisition, with light involvement in HR administrative support. The ideal candidate has hands-on recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support onboarding and documentation processes in a regulated healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for open roles
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
  • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
  • Assist with offer coordination and hiring documentation

HR & Onboarding Support

  • Support new hire onboarding, including paperwork, system access, and coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Manage hiring-related documentation with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy
  • Maintain organized records in ATS and HR systems
  • Assist with compliance-related documentation and tracking

Nice to Have

  • Experience with high-volume or pipeline-based recruiting
  • Exposure to healthcare recruiting or HR environments

Core Competencies

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable balancing recruiting priorities with light HR administrative tasks
