Roles & Responsibilities

Proven experience leading large enterprise projects or programs, including scope, requirements, governance, design, testing, timeline, and budget (insurance domain preferred).
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across cross-functional teams, executives, vendors, Information Systems, and Information Security.
Strong expertise in resource management, performance management, budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control.
Experience in or familiarity with cloud transformation or digital transformation initiatives and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Manages large strategic projects or a set of projects; tracks status and creates delivery roadmaps in partnership with executive IT leadership and technical teams to ensure clear communication of ongoing development and implementation.
Performs critical team resource management and performance management to ensure project objectives are delivered on time and within budget; implements continuous improvement plans to maximize efficiency.
Serves as leader and liaison between business units, vendors, Information Systems, Information Security, and impacted stakeholders to maintain alignment and collaboration.
Adheres to budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost controls; mentors other project managers and scrum masters as needed to contribute to continual improvement.

Job Title: Project Manager

Required Experience:

Project Manager will act as a leader within the client organization, managing large enterprise projects and/or individual programs consisting of inter-related and concurrent projects with a goal of actively and consistently supporting all efforts. The individual will work on large projects in insurance domain, is extremely adaptable, manages and provides leadership for highly complex programs or projects. The role collaborates to define scope, requirements, project governance, design, testing, timeline, budget. The role requires exceptional communication skills and an ability to build and maintain working relationships with team members, and other departments involved. Responsibilities: Manages large strategic projects or a set of projects Track's project status and creates delivery roadmaps working in partnership with executive IT leadership and technical teams to ensure clear communication of the on-going development and implementation of all initiatives Performs critical team resource management and performance management to ensure project objectives are delivered on-time and within budget. Executes on-going monitoring and continuous improvement plans to ensure team is executing with optimal efficiency. Serves as an overall leader and liaison between various business units, vendors, Information Systems, Information Security, and impacted business units. Adheres to, contributes toward, and mentor other project managers and scrum masters as needed and contributes to continual improvement. This includes adherence to budgeting, financial forecasting and cost.
