Job description

We’re a UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential and End of Tenancy services. We’re looking for a Client Success Sales Consultant to join our remote team and help convert leads into confirmed bookings while maintaining excellent client relationships.

The Role:
You’ll engage warm leads, recommend appropriate cleaning solutions, and ensure clients have a smooth and positive experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and convert warm leads into bookings.

  • Recommend suitable cleaning services based on client needs.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary R8,000 + uncapped commission (OTE R25,000/month).

  • 40 days paid annual leave.
