This is a front-line role. You will be responsible for identifying the right prospects, starting conversations, and nurturing them into qualified opportunities. You will work closely with the Group COO and the wider GTM team, who use a modern stack of tools to execute campaigns at scale, without losing the personal touch that makes our outreach stand out.
This is not a role for someone who wants to send generic messages and hope for the best. We are methodical, ICP-led, and relentlessly focused on relevance. Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Pipeline
Identify and research target accounts across our defined ICPs for all divisions across our group
Tailor messaging and pick up the phone to drive engagement and conversations with prospects.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads through structured discovery conversations.
Book and hand off discovery calls to senior team members, with clear notes and context.
Maintain accurate records in HubSpot across all prospect activity, sequences, and deal stages.
Follow up persistently and professionally across multi-touch sequences.
Campaign collaboration
Work closely with the go-to-market engineers to scope, deploy and optimise market-leading outreach campaigns with your grass-roots insight
Contribute ideas to improve messaging and targeting based on what you are seeing in the market.
Support social selling efforts on LinkedIn to build brand presence alongside outreach activity.
Client services support
Work closely with the GTM team, who build and launch outreach campaigns - your role is to respond to replies, qualify prospects, and nurture them through to a call or decision.
Respond to prospect replies generated through client outreach campaigns, using email, LinkedIn, and phone to qualify and progress leads
Manage client CRM and pipelines to ensure all leads are responded to and notes are accurately taken.
Nurture leads across multiple relevant channels until a call or decision is made.
Qualify our clients inbound and outbound leads.
Reporting
Track and report on outreach activity, response rates, and pipeline contribution.
Confidently update the team on opportunities during our weekly Sales All Hands calls.
Flag what is working and what is not, and support on iterating campaigns quickly.
Requirements
Key Skills Required
Essential
2+ years of experience in a sales, SDR, BDR, or outbound prospecting role (B2B preferred).
Confident communicator - strong written English and comfortable picking up the phone and on discovery calls.
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a strong advantage).
Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and prioritise effectively in a remote environment.
Resilient, persistent, and motivated by driving the right kind of results.
Organised with great attention to detail.
Brings a positive energy and has resilience to deal with difficult situations and the mental challenges of working in sales
Desirable
Experience or understanding of outreach tools.
Understanding and curiosity around sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
Understanding of eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B services markets.
Experience working across multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously.
Interest in GTM strategy and how modern outbound works.
