Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diploma or above in Marketing or related field
  • Proficient in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia; English is an added advantage
  • Minimum 5 years FMCG (Food/Beverage) experience with at least 1 year in the Malaysia market
  • Strong experience in MT or TT channel development and expansion

Requirements:

  • Manage regional sales operations including stock flow, distribution, and product freshness
  • Execute channel strategies and drive sales growth across assigned territories
  • Analyze channel performance and optimize sales at retail and distribution levels
  • Oversee full sales cycle (customer management, negotiation, pricing, collection, after-sales, and complaint handling)

๐’๐š๐ฅ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ : RM7,000 โ€“ RM10,000 (Approx. RMB12,000 โ€“ 17,000)

โ€“ Manage regional sales operations including stock flow, distribution, and product freshness
โ€“ Execute channel strategies and drive sales growth across assigned territories

โ€“ Implement company policies, promotions, and enhance market visibility
โ€“ Oversee full sales cycle (customer management | negotiation | pricing | collection | after-sales | complaint handling)
