Korea Recruitment & HR Specialist (₩4,580,000 – ₩6,250,000/month )

We're hiring a Korea Recruitment & HR Specialist to lead talent acquisition and provide day-to-day HR support for our local Korea and cross-border business teams. This is a great fit for a headhunter-minded recruiter who knows Korea's talent market inside and out.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for local and cross-border teams — profiling, screening, interview assessment, and salary negotiation
• Source proactively via LinkedIn, Wanted, JobKorea, and other major Korean channels
• Support day-to-day HR needs for the Korea team, including communication, engagement, and culture building
• Research salary trends and competitor movements in Korea's tech/internet industry
• Partner with third-party EOR providers to ensure smooth onboarding and integration

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of local Korea recruitment experience (agency/headhunting or mid-to-large tech/internet background preferred)
• Strong Boolean search skills and familiarity with Korea's major talent databases
• Native or professional working Korean, fluent English
• Understanding of Korean labor policy and EOR partnership models

Nice to Have

• Prior in-house HR generalist experience alongside recruitment
• Experience supporting a cross-border or multinational team structure

• 한국어 모국어/업무 유창 수준, 영어 유창, 기본 중국어 가능
• 한국 노동 정책 및 EOR 협업 모델에 대한 이해

우대 사항
