Job description

This is a remote position.

Overview: 
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure consistent, high-quality employee experience across the organization. This role will be responsible for executing key HR processes, providing administrative and operational support, and partnering with leadership to maintain a smooth and compliant HR function. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. 
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and local labor regulations. 
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires and exiting employees. 
  • Administer employee benefits, attendance monitoring, and leave management. 
  • Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations, documentation, and employee development initiatives. 
  • Handle employee relations concerns by providing timely support, escalating issues when needed, and promoting a positive work culture. 
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. 
  • Contribute to HR process improvement, policy updates, and overall organizational initiatives. 

 



Requirements

  • Working knowledge of HR policies, labor standards, and best practices. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Proficient in using HRIS tools, productivity platforms, and remote collaboration software.
