Country Manager (FX/Forex/CFD) (USD4000 - USD8000)

We're a fast-growing forex broker expanding into Thailand, and we're looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead our market entry and drive local growth from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape a brand-new market presence for an international brokerage.

What You'll Do

• Lead the company's market entry and growth strategy across Thailand
• Build and manage local sales, marketing, and compliance teams
• Ensure ongoing compliance with Thai financial regulations
• Develop partnerships with local introducing brokers, affiliates, and institutions
• Report on performance and growth plans to regional headquarters

What You'll Need

• Proven leadership experience in forex/CFD brokerage, fintech, or financial services
• Strong understanding of Thailand's regulatory environment for financial services
• Established network within Thailand's trading and finance community
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Fluency in Thai and English

Nice to Have

• Prior experience launching a new market or business unit
• Existing relationships with Thai regulators or industry bodies
