About the role

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join Findies, a social network for smart shoppers. This is a strategic role where a person will be responsible for building and scaling our process for creating, testing, and redesigning ad creatives.

The ability to deliver powerful creatives will be essential for the successful launch and rapid validation of new marketing hypotheses.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop a creative marketing strategy for different traffic channels.
  • Develop and brainstorm creative concepts, from initial ideation to execution.
  • Analyze competitors' concepts to generate new ideas and provide creative inspiration for the design team.
  • Research user behavior and funnels, identifying factors that impact performance and success.
  • Work closely with the user acquisition team and motion designer.

    What we’re looking for

    Must have:

    • Prior experience as a Creative Marketing Manager.
    • Usage of AI tools for research, generation, and optimization of materials.
    • B2 English language proficiency.
    • Strong organizational skills, readiness to own the process, and take responsibility for results.
    • Data-driven decision-making.

    Nice-to-have:

    • A basic understanding of User Acquisition.
    • Experience with marketing funnel analysis.
