Job description

As the Regional Marketing Manager, DACH, you will serve as the Integrated Marketing specialist for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to drive brand awareness, pipeline generation, and customer engagement across the region.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Regional Marketing South, you will integrate global Go-To-Market (GTM) frameworks with local market dynamics and buyer mindsets to maximize impact across DACH. In this role, you will operationalize the distinct needs of DACH customer segments, partnering closely with Sales teams and campaign managers to accelerate pipeline growth for the business. 

What You'll Do

  • Field Execution & Events: Execute field marketing programs, regional events, and partnerships to drive pipeline progression and customer engagement across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

  • Ecosystem & Community Engagement: Engage with DACH B2B industry associations, professional networks, and executive communities to build regional mindshare.

  • Voice of the Customer: Gather ongoing feedback from local customers, sales managers, and partners to continuously refine our DACH messaging framework.

  • Performance & Market Insights: Monitor regional market dynamics, industry trends, and campaign metrics to optimize performance and guide marketing decisions.

  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all DACH marketing initiatives align with company brand standards and overall strategy.

What You'll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a primary focus on demand generation, field, or regional marketing within the DACH region.

  • Fluency in both German and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering B2B SaaS integrated marketing campaigns and lead generation plans.

  • Proven track record of close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong communication and cross-functional project management skills.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.


Travel & Working Conditions

  • Up to 25% travel for internal and customer events
