Technical Development
* Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
* Configure Salesforce features including security model, automation, reports, dashboards, and data models.
* Implement FSC features including insurance processes.
* Develop Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions including opportunity management and case management workflows.
Solution Design
* Translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs.
* Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDD).
* Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
* Participate in architecture and design discussions.
Integration & Data Management
* Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft.
* Support data migration, data quality improvements, and data governance.
* Implement platform events and asynchronous processing where required.
Code Quality & Delivery
* Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.
* Develop unit tests and maintain high code coverage.
* Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
* Support release management and deployments.
Agile & Collaboration
* Work closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams.
* Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical estimations.
* Support defect resolution and production support activities.
Technical Leadership
* Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
* Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
* Drive performance optimization and technical debt reduction.
* Promote reusable components and development standards.
