Job description

DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nepali Language Interpreter to join our professional team. In this role, you will facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and service providers by interpreting spoken Nepali and English. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that language barriers are minimized, allowing for smooth interactions in various settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely interpretation services in real time between Nepali and English during calls or meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interpreting sensitive information.
  • Exhibit cultural awareness and sensitivity to ensure respectful communication.
  • Stay informed on relevant terminology to enhance the quality of interpretations.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and best practices for interpreters in all interactions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to keep skills sharp and knowledge current.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Nepali and English, with excellent command of both written and spoken language.
  • Previous experience in interpretation or a related field preferred.
  • Strong listening and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Cultural competence and ability to navigate diverse client backgrounds.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends when required.

Benefits

Working days : 5 days (2 rotational week off)

Job Type: Full-time (Work From Home)

Salary upto : 5.38 LPA

Other allowance : Overtime pay, Mediclaim (Covers the Employee, Parents, Spouse & 2 kids from the first day of employment) & other Incentives based on performance.
