French Language Interpreter

DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking an experienced French Language Interpreter to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in facilitating accurate and effective communication between Customers/Clients who speak different languages and in ensuring high-quality service delivery. The French Language Interpreter will support operational excellence by adhering to established procedures, maintaining quality standards, and implementing client updates as required.

Key Responsibilities French Language Interpreter

Listen to, understand, and accurately interpret conversations between Customers/Clients speaking different languages (e.g., English and French) in real time. French Language Interpreter

Ensure interpretations are clear, precise, and culturally appropriate, maintaining the intent and tone of the original message.

Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and organizational guidelines related to the interpretation process.

Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and compliance goals established for the French Language Interpreter role.

Stay informed of and implement client updates, process changes, and policy enhancements as communicated by leadership.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times when handling sensitive or private information.

Participate in training, coaching, and quality calibration sessions as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements: French Language Interpreter
    • High Schools degree or equivalent.
    • Fluency in English and French Language Interpreter- C2, C1, B2, Native (OCI Required) French Language Interpreter
    • Advanced skills in the cultural dynamics (cultural implication and idiomatic expression) of French Language Interpreter
    • Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy
    • Ability to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and remain neutral and objective at all times.
    • Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with permission or at the request of the client. French Language Interpreter

Benefits

Working days : 5 days (2 rotational week off)

Job Type: Full-time (Work From Home)

Salary upto : 7.87 LPA

Other allowance : Overtime pay, Mediclaim (Covers the Employee, Parents, Spouse & 2 kids from the first day of employment) & other Incentives based on performance.
