Job Overview

Workforce360 / Concert8 is seeking an IT Technologist. This role involves developing and maintaining scalable software solutions, AI powered systems and

API integrations that support business automation and data intelligence platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop scalable software applications and backend systems.
Build and integrate API's webhooks and microservices.
Design and implement AI or machine learning solutions.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
Maintain and improve existing systems and code libraries.
Automate workflows and deploy applications using cloud platforms.
Stay updated with modern technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills

Programming languages such as Phyton, Java Script, Dart, Etc
Strong knowledge in cloud platforms such as AWS or similar
Experience with API development and backend services.
Database experience with SQL, Mongo DB or Redis.
Familiarity with Docker, Grit and microservices architecture

Understanding of AI or Machine learning concepts
Knowledge of Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 administration
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Work Setup

Primary Setup: Work From Home
Occasional Onsite Work: May be required for team collaboration or Management meetings
