Responsibilities:

Manage and grow communities on South Asian’s social platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Groups).
Plan engagement activities to boost user retention and conversion.
Support advertising campaigns: provide channel recommendations and monitor post�campaign performance.
Assist local brand promotion: collaborate with South Asian KOCs/KOLs and execute culturally relevant campaigns.

Requirements:

3+ years experience in Internet, tech, finance, FMCG, or Web3 industries.
Familiar with South Asian’s regional cultures and user behavior.
Fluency in English or Chinese is required; proficiency in additional local languages is a plus.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to bridge cultural differences effectively.
