Responsibilities

  • Provide expert customer service to Polish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding biotechnology products, services, and technical support.
  • Process orders, manage account information, and handle returns and exchanges with accuracy.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to address complex client inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product lines, and company policies.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn about biotechnology products and industry standards.
