Proficiency with payroll systems and reporting (pre-nomina and final payroll)

Responsibilities

Process payroll updates including absences, incapacity, and garnishments to ensure accurate payroll records
Generate and reconcile payroll closing reports (with withholding tax, definitive settlements) and manage social security submissions for Bogota and Colombia
Create and maintain cost centers and positions, manage extra periods, and review employee data for payroll processing
Submit and validate social security filings for drivers, vending, Pfizer, and other third parties, coordinating with rotations and pre-nomina reviews
