Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Outbound Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to support our sales growth efforts. This role is responsible for identifying potential corporate and event clients, conducting personalized outreach, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for the sales lead.

This is a pipeline-generation role focused solely on outbound prospecting. The successful candidate will not be responsible for closing deals but will play a critical role in building a strong and consistent sales pipeline.

  • At least 1–3 years of outbound sales or lead generation experience (B2B preferred).
  • Proven experience in cold calling and/or cold email outreach.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with email sequencing tools and basic CRM systems.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Experience in events or hospitality industries (wedding planners, AV providers, florists, hotels).
  • Exposure to commercial real estate outreach (brokers, developers).
  • Experience supporting luxury or premium services (private chefs, boutique pop-ups, event catering).
  • Background in outreach for high-value B2B service deals (USD 10,000+ or equivalent).
