Voici un poste à distance.

Nous recrutons plusieurs chatters pour rejoindre notre équipe de Twizz. Le rôle consiste à discuter avec nos clients sur notre plateforme où des créateurs et créatrices postent du contenu. Vous serez responsable de créer des connexions émotionnelles avec les fans, d’appliquer des scripts précis et de gérer un flux constant de messages.
  • Travailler 6 jours sur 7, avec des horaires flexibles
  • Respecter les scripts imposés pour guider la conversation
  • Rédiger des réponses rapidement et de manière fluide
  • Assurer la communication interne efficace avec l’équipe


Profil

Nous cherchons des personnes sérieuses et motivées, avec les qualifications suivantes :

  • Français impeccable à l’écrit (pas trop soutenu ni trop familier, mais fluide et sans fautes)
  • Ecriture rapide pour répondre au flux constant de messages
  • Compétence informatique : bonne maîtrise des outils numériques
  • Disponibilité à plein temps, 6 jours sur 7
  • Ordinateur portable personnel fonctionnel
  • Connexion internet stable, avec un backup en cas de coupure de courant
Communication interne : vous devrez interagir efficacement avec l’équipe
