  • Serve as the Client Champion, ensuring client needs are met, voices are heard, and delivering tailored solutions that build trust
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from kickoff to delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction while juggling multiple priorities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, collaborative team, resolving roadblocks and ensuring alignment among clients, Business Analysts, developers, and stakeholders
  • Drive Salesforce adoption by simplifying solutions, conducting user training, and identifying opportunities to maximize value and expand client engagements

Job description

This is a remote position.

You’re the Client Champion
You’ll be the go-to person for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard. By understanding their goals and challenges, you’ll build trust and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

You navigate complex projects with ease
From kickoff to delivery, you’ll oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction are all on track. Your ability to manage multiple priorities will keep projects running smoothly.

You’re a People Leader
You’ll inspire and guide your team, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment. Whether resolving roadblocks or celebrating successes, your leadership will empower the team to deliver their best.

You bridge the gap between clients and teams
Collaborating closely with clients, Business Analysts, Developers, and other stakeholders, you’ll ensure everyone is aligned and working toward common goals. Your clear communication will be key to delivering seamless solutions.

You drive Salesforce adoption
You’ll simplify complex Salesforce solutions, making them intuitive and valuable for clients. By facilitating discussions and user training sessions, you’ll help clients maximize the value of their Salesforce investments.

You cultivate future opportunities
With a keen eye for growth, you’ll identify opportunities to expand client engagements and develop strategies to enhance long-term partnerships. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in driving continued success.

You lead with empathy and impact
You’ll foster strong, lasting relationships both within your team and with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Your leadership will ensure positive outcomes for everyone involved.
