  • Attendance Compliance: Manage employee records, leave management, and policies in Zoho People
  • Productivity Tracking: Monitor daily attendance and productivity logs using Meramonitor

Job description

This is a remote position.

Salary: Rs.22,500 Per Month for initial 6 months and Rs.27,500 Per Month after 6 months based on performance 
Minimum Experience: 2 Years​
Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management:

  • Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring for full-time roles, interns, and—crucially—contractors and freelancers (gig workers) based on project needs.

  • Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new joiners, getting them set up with tools and culture training.

  • Attendance & Compliance: Take full ownership of Zoho People for employee records, leave management, and policies.

  • Productivity Tracking: Monitor daily attendance and productivity logs using Meramonitor to ensure operational efficiency.

2. Vendor Management & Strategic Partnerships:

  • Resource Sourcing: Identify, vet, and onboard external vendors for specialized needs (e.g., production houses, videography teams, photoshoot studios, printing partners).

  • Negotiation: Negotiate rates and retainers with vendors to ensure FyerX gets the best quality at profitable margins.

  • Partnership Building: actively reach out to complementary businesses in the marketing ecosystem to create long-term strategic alliances.

3. Influencer & Creator Coordination:

  • Outreach: Assist the marketing team by handling initial outreach to influencers and content creators for FyerX’s client campaigns.

  • Database Management: Maintain an active database of influencers and creative partners for quick deployment on projects.



Requirements


  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR, Admin, or Operations (preferably in an Agency, Media, or Startup environment).

  • Tech-Savvy: Mandatory experience or quick learning ability with Zoho People and Meramonitor.

  • Negotiator Mindset: You aren't afraid to discuss rates and terms with vendors and contractors.

  • Agility: You can switch from interviewing a candidate to calling a studio for a photoshoot booking in the same hour.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English is a must for influencer and partner outreach.
