MSPbots is on a mission to transform how Managed Service Providers (MSPs) operate—using automation and AI to streamline inefficiencies and fuel smarter decisions. Now, we’re looking for a strategic, executionfocused Director of Human Resources to architect and scale our people engine from the inside out.

The Role Details

Schedule: 8 AM–5 PM CDTCST (9 PM–6 AM PHT)—Hybrid | 10th floor, IBP Tower, Jade Dr, Ortigas Center, Pasig, 1605 Metro Manila (1–2 days onsite in a month)

Rest Days: Fixed weekends off (Saturday–Sunday)

Location: Philippinesbased candidates


What You’ll Do

  • Own the people strategy—align HR initiatives with business goals across performance, culture, and growth.
  • Lead & scale—manage an HR Manager and our recruiters, enabling a highperformance, distributed team.
  • Drive hiring excellence—implement recruiter workflows, hiring scorecards, and training for hiring managers.
  • Accelerate onboarding & career development—design learning paths, leadership training, and onboarding systems.
  • Run people ops—optimize HR tech (BambooHR, ClickUp), ensure global compliance, and lead performance calibration.
  • Build a culture that sticks—foster trust, drive engagement, and make “operational excellence” our cultural signature.

      • 7+ years of progressive HR leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS or highgrowth tech startups
      • Experience leading HR and recruitment teams, with a passion for building strong employer brands
      • A track record of building scalable onboarding, development, and performance programs
      • Deep knowledge of compliance (U.S. and Philippines), compensation, and HR systems
      • A bold, resultsfirst mindset—youre not afraid to lead with clarity and hold others accountable
      • A love for systems, structure, and efficiency—balanced by empathy and cultural awareness
      • Bonus: Background in MSPs or automationdriven organizations
