Job description

Nezda Technologies Inc. is looking for Lead/Senior HR Executive – Japanese Speaker (Local Japanese Speaker).

πŸ’° Salary: RM 7,000 – RM 9,000.

Work Setup:
❗WFH for now (May move to office mode or Hybrid model anytime).

πŸ“Œ Annual Leave 10 days for first 2 years, 12 days after completion of 2 years (prorated).
πŸ“Œ Medical Leave as per Labor law – 14 days.
πŸ“Œ Bereavement leave – 3 working days in an event of death in the immediate family (Spouse, Children, parents).
πŸ“Œ Maternity Leave – for 60 consecutive days for female associate. To start not earlier than 30 days from the expected due date, or post the due date.
πŸ“Œ Paternity Leave – 2 days of Paid Leave within 30 calendar days from the birth of the child.

Qualifications:
βœ… Local Japanese Speaker with JLPT N1 or N2.
βœ… College Graduate in any field; Preferably of a Human Resources-related course (i,e., Psychology, Sociology, Human Resource Management).
βœ… Minimum of 4 – 5 years experience as HR Generalist.
βœ… Working knowledge in other facets of HR Management (Employee Relations, Labor Relations, C&B, Health & Safety, Data Management, Engagement, et al).
βœ… Extensive knowledge and experience on corporate compliance and labor laws.
βœ… DOLE Compliance, OSH, Labor Law/ BWC, Government Benefits and Compliances.
βœ… Thorough understanding of Discipline Management – SCM/NTE, NOD, PS.
βœ… Functional understanding of Performance Management – Regularization Reviews, PIP, Annual Review.
βœ… Process oriented – has proven track record of innovations and process improvement initiatives.
βœ… Very good knowledge on the BPO/IT industry standards.
βœ… Ability to work independently.
βœ… With excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
βœ… Able to relate to various levels of the organization.

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Collate and manage documentations needed for administrative hearings and evidences.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» In partnership with Operations, conduct reviews and performance management/coaching with employees who are deemed underperforming with the goal of increasing productivity and job security.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Bridge the gap between Human Resources, Delivery and Support groups by establishing and maintaining communication lines.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Communicate with Delivery and Department Heads regarding the specific challenges of each, and devise plans and activities with the goal of curbing attrition and employee dissatisfaction.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Take part in performance management reviews.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» Conduct Root Cause/Deep Dive Analysis on major causes of employee attrition and dissatisfaction.
