  • Establish testing approaches and CI/CD pipeline governance during integration design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust integration services.
  • Collaborate with technical teams across application environments to address integration requirements spanning multiple cloud and on-prem ecosystems, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to solution engineering standards.

Job description

This is a remote position.

The Integration Architect is a technical expert responsible for integrating Program Applications with a focus on achieving seamless interoperability and efficient data exchange. The ideal candidate should have 8-15 years of IT experience, with signifAicant exposure to integration. The Integration Architect should possess a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and working knowledge of Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Process Cloud Service (PCS), with the ability to integrate these tools with cloud applications using OIC adapters. The candidate must have led at least 3 end-to-end projects as an architect using OIC. The role involves providing technical leadership to identify and deploy the most suitable Integration Platform for Business Transformation solutions. The Integration Architect will design, develop, and maintain integration standards for the Program, ensuring alignment with existing solution engineering standards and guidelines related to cybersecurity, data analysis, monitoring, application availability, business continuity, capacity planning, and networking. This role requires defining rules and principles for application and data integration, providing guidance, ensuring governance during integration design, and establishing a monitoring framework across the integration landscape. 



Requirements

  1. Integration Leadership:

    • Lead and provide technical expertise in integration projects, ensuring successful delivery and seamless interoperability.
  2. Integration Platform Selection:

    • Identify, evaluate, and deploy an appropriate Integration Platform for Business Transformation solutions.
  3. Integration Design and Governance:

    • Establish integration delivery approach and pipeline management using continuous delivery.
    • Provide guidance and ensure governance during integration design.
    • Establish testing approaches and tools to support delivery and operations teams.
  4. Integration Architecture Blueprint:

    • Design, implement, and maintain an integration architecture blueprint for Program applications, ensuring interoperability of applications and cloud platforms.
  5. Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Collaborate with technical teams of other application environments to design optimal solutions for integration requirements that may span multiple cloud and on-prem application ecosystems.
  6. Data Privacy and Cybersecurity:

    • Ensure robust data privacy and cybersecurity practices are followed during integration design and implementation.
  7. Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct quality reviews with the release team to ensure robust and compliant integration services.
  8. Oracle Cloud Expertise:

    • Understand Oracle Cloud-based technical expertise, including BI Publisher Reports, OTBI, and conversions using FBDI, ADFdi, etc.
  9. Oracle SOA Suite and OSB Experience:

    • Work with Oracle SOA Suite and OSB 12c/11g products, such as BPEL, Mediator, Business Rules, Web Services, proxy, business services, service account, routing, JCA, XQuery, OWSM, etc.
  10. Additional Integration Platforms:

    • Knowledge of other integration platforms like Dell Boomi, Informatica, MuleSoft, etc., is a plus.
  11. Oracle SaaS Technical Modules:

    • Knowledge of Oracle SaaS Technical Modules (ERP) is advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 8-15 years of IT experience, with significant exposure to integration.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) with working knowledge of VBCS and PCS and integrating the same with cloud applications using OIC adapters.
  • Proven track record of leading at least 3 end-to-end projects as an architect using OIC.
  • Strong understanding of integration principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming, with the ability to create and manage database objects.
  • Familiarity with BI concepts, Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), and other Oracle Cloud-based technical expertise is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite and OSB products.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, delivering results under pressure and tight deadlines.
