Job Title: OTM/GTM Architect

As a OTM/GTM Architect, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions, tailored to the unique requirements of our diverse customer base. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will act as both solution architect and project manager. 

 Your key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with customers to deeply understand their transportation & logistics processes, challenges, and strategic objectives, and transform these into scalable OTM solutions.
• Lead and oversee the implementation of OTM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with the designed architecture
• Facilitate design meetings and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Delegate and track project team member tasks (potentially across geographies).
• Demonstrate a willingness to do hands-on configuration work.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance counseling to junior team members.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience in OTM solution design and implementation.
• Extensive understanding of transportation, logistics operations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced environment.
