Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven track record as Key Account Manager or similar role in sales/relationship management
  • Experience in consumer electronics or sales area management and ability to cultivate relationships with upper management of partners
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques and experience with forecasting tools
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and entrepreneurial, adaptable mindset with ability to manage multiple projects

Requirements:

  • Develop market strategies and promotional plans to achieve sales targets and assist in defining the go-to-market strategy
  • Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, field sales, marketing, and product teams; expand relationships by offering solutions aligned to customer targets
  • Analyze customer needs in smartphones, IoT, and accessories; conduct market research and demand collection; monitor competitive activity
  • Prepare regular sales progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders; analyze sell-through data across channels

Job description

This is a remote position.

• Develop the market business, setting up effective promotional plans to achieve the sales targets.

• Develop relationships with key accounts, field sales, marketing, and product teams.

• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, with focus on smartphones, IoT and accessories.

• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their targets.

• Assist in formulation the overall go-to-market strategy of the company.

• Prepare regular reports of the progress and forecast of sales and other key metrics to be presented internally and externally to key stakeholders.

• Follow up and analyse the sell-through/sell-out data of the different sales channels.

• Effectively carry out market research and demand collection.

• Monitors competitive activity and ensures that appropriate strategies are formulated and communicated.



Requirements

• Proven track record as Key Account Manager or similar

• Experience in consumer electronics or sales area management

• Track record of cultivating good connections with upper management of partners

• Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques

• Experience with forecasting tools

• Demonstrated ability to negotiate with and convince others

• Entrepreneurial, can-do attitude, being comfortable with changing environments as well as multiple overlapping projects
