We are looking for an Account Manager to support salesand customer service in the Euro region. In this position, you will ensure thatall customer needs are promptly addressed while exercising the highest level ofcustomer service. A qualified candidate must have passion for excellence and beeager to advance in high energy and goal driven culture.

Responsibilities

  • Confer with customers by phone, email and livechat in a timely, friendly and professional manner and provide informationabout products and services, take and enter orders, and obtain details ofinquiries or comments.
  • Build a rapport and long-lasting relationshipwith customers and provide innovative solutions to their needs and challengesalong with exceptional customer service experience.
  • Collaborate with internal functions to ensurecustomer requests and questions are handled appropriately and promptly.
  • Take ownership of customer database; researchaccounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Solicit with commercial team sales leads fromcustomer phone calls.
  • Assist with marketing data collection andcampaigns.
  • Perform customer support projects and otherduties assigned.


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, biology or relateddiscipline preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in sales support, insidesales, or customer service required
  • Outstanding organizational skills with theutmost attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication skills andprofessional presence
  • Innovative problem solver, results minded andsolution focused
  • Effective team player with the ability to workindependently
  • Highly organized and able to efficientlymultitask
  • Passion to positively promote and drive successon company initiatives
  • As an international company, we require Englishas an asset. Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
