Proficiency in analytics and reporting, including funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, CAC, pipeline contribution) and campaign ROI and attribution models.

Ability to run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, messaging, and nurture flows.

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Demand Generation Manager (B2B SaaS) to drive growth for LoginRadius’ B2B SaaS solutions. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads and accelerate revenue. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams to design scalable demand programs that align with LoginRadius’ business objectives and support our global expansion.

Analyze campaign performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in technology or platform-led products.
Proficiency in analytics and reporting:

-Funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, CAC, pipeline contribution)
-Campaign ROI and attribution models

Working knowledge of web analytics (GA4, UTM tracking, conversion events, landing page optimization).
Ability to run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, messaging, and nurture flows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or an equivalent qualification.
