  • 4-5 years+ hands-on experience in growth and marketing within a Tech, SaaS, or digital services company
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, funnels, and performance tracking tools

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans, translating the company's vision into actionable programs
  • Run outbound and inbound marketing activities (email outreach, LinkedIn content and engagement, SEO and content distribution) and maintain clean lead and contact records in CRM
  • Drive organic growth in the first 3 months and collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to drive demand and conversions
  • Track activity and results weekly (leads generated, meetings booked, conversion rate) and supervise marketing execution across campaigns and channels

Job description

This is a remote position.

Nerdbug is a fast-growing software development agency specializing in custom software solutions, mobile and web app development, blockchain development, and data analytics.
We serve clients in diverse industries, including transportation, ed-tech, enterprise solutions, e-commerce, and cryptocurrency.
We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Executive with strong and direct execution experience in marketing software products and services.

We would like to get your application if you can:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Translate the company's vision into actionable plans by setting business goals and growth plans.
- Drive activities that deliver results and provide insightful reporting.
- Drive organic growth in the first 3 months.

- Work closely with Sales and Product Marketing teams to drive demand and conversions
- Supervise marketing execution across campaigns and channels
